My name is Paco Hernández. For years I lived with severe anxiety. I was even on anti-anxiety medication that left me without a normal life, and more than once I ended up in an ambulance thinking I was having a heart attack.
In a moment of desperation, I discovered neurotraining techniques. In just a few sessions, my anxiety began to truly subside, to the point where I was able to stop taking medication and regain control.
That's when I understood something huge: the brain has an innate capacity for neuroplasticity, and if we know how to measure and train it, we can improve mental health—and physical health too.
What I never understood is why this is so inaccessible and so complex. So I set out to make it possible for everyone.
